Jayden and Crusader is a comic which started on July the 21 2007 on my deviant art account.
It continued there for a week before moving to Drunk Duck on the first of August, where it continued for sometime, if in a rather haphazard way from time to time.
I felt that Drunk Duck was too confining, when I voiced this to Kirrus, the webmaster, he set me up with this website and his hosting service. This will hopefully allow Jayden and Crusader to branch out and get a following slightly greater than my extended group of friends.
Of course, if you’re reading this, you’re probably a new reader, in which case, this new site will have succeeded.

FAQ

Why the hell is some of J&C in script form?

Because I got bored of drawing it. My dream is that one day I will get the time/inclination to draw it all properly, but for the moment I feel where J&C is at a better point now for me to continue with than if I drew them all. Maybe when I can’t think of a new joke for update day, I’ll do some of them. Sort of pseudo-filler.

Why does Jayden always argue with Crusader?

Some people are like that. They do agree from time to time, but basically they are like oil and water, they simply don’t mix well.

Why is Third so angry all the time?

He was made that way. He has no sense of humour, he doesn’t find love appealing, he’s utterly logical and just a wee bit violent. He can often appear angry without meaning to, he just defaults to angry stare. He’s not been alive for long, give him a break, maybe he’ll mellow out.

Why do you draw this comic?

Because I enjoy it.

Where do you get your inspiration?

The bottom of a bottle. Joke, joke, I actually have no idea. I tend to just go for a walk or go sit down someplace quite and mull ideas over in my head and eventually it comes to me. A lot of the ones I am doing at the moment I either wrote on holiday or came up with the idea on holiday and am now developing.

What tools do you use to draw the comic?

A word processor, for scripting, photoshop 7 and a wacom tablet for drawing. Caffeine drinks and piles of Galaxy Minstrels are used to aid the creation process.

Did you just make these Questions up?

Yes, yes I did, because I’ve not been asked any. They seem to be pretty standard questions that I would expect people to ask, but if you’ve got a question not covered here email me.
