Please Vote for J&C to see a Brand New Incentive

It has nothing to with J&C, but I am really proud of that picture and spent most of my Saturday doing it.

So, yeah, this page.

It was written back in February, when Obama was still bright and new, and Iceland was still in the news for being utterly broke. A glorious time when I wrote what is apparently my best page ever, and today’s comic was supposed to follow on from this page but I guess it doesn’t any more.

It’s one of the weaker ones I’ve done, I think, and just has so many words. But I like the punchline, and does pretty much sum up what I think of politics. Pick the best of a bad bunch. Say what you like about our various loony monarchs, at least sometimes we got a good one.

Name one good prime minister of this century.
No not Churchill, he doesn’t count because of the war. And he then screwed up big time in the 50s.

Some people, the one or two who I showed this comic to before I put it up here, seemed to think that Crusader doesn’t like the idea of Obama and that Icelandic lesbian and is on the side of the rich white guys. Nothing could be further from the truth, he’s just a cynic voicing what he thinks the future will bring.

The characters still look a little off, I was still getting back into the swing of things, I think. Maybe I am being too hard on myself. Maybe I just suck. Maybe an elephant will eat the moon. I am jimmer-jammering.

I think this is the closest I’ve ever come to two gamers on a couch…

No wait, I already did a two gamers on a couch comic.
