A great page today, one of my personal favourites and another one set in Cofee of Ill-Portent. It’s a pity the menu is so small on that blackboard, it’s hard to make out many of the words. A guinea and a tot of rum to the man or woman who can correctly make them all out (those that aren’t blocked by characters at any rate).
So the (relative) torrent of loser guys who are attracted to Jayden continues. In my initial sketches this man was fatter and hairier than he is now, maybe I got nicer, maybe I just suck.
This page started out actually quite offensive to several people, panel 4 had totally different lines, I won’t go into particulars, but I think the way it is now is very funny. I also made this page into a very successful advert which if J&C ever had any money we would be using to literally attract thousands of people in.
Every man alive loves lesbians.

To preempt the question that Johnathon always asks and you probably wonder about, the reason Jayden’s book disappeared is a perfectly normal one. In those 47 painful minutes she ate it out of desperation. You will never see it come up again, you might remember it appeared in page 102, back over Christmas.
In the background you can see the three coffee girls of Cofee of Ill-Portent, Wanna Spoon Girl (from a comic back in October), Faye-esque girl and Dora-esque girl. If you don’t know why Faye-esque girl and Dora-esque girl are called that… for shame, and go and read the comics in the links section until you do know. I don’t care if you have a holiday to go on or school work to do or real for money work to do, go read those links and be educated in webcomic-nerdery.

Lessee…
Coffee is plain, au lait, and some other stuff I can’t recognise. Tea is ‘erbal, breakfast, and with a crocodile. Hot chocolate is iced, cold, tepid, hot, searing and scalding.
Not all of them, but do I at least get some rum?

@Current sure, close enough, whenever we meet in person I will give you a shot of rum. I hereby owe you 25ml of rum.
Also: The missing ones are Au baleine and Au pickle (we don’t know the French for pickle)
@Hanishi You always seem to like the ones where Jayden is hit on by some sort of loser. I should write more of those
